Lanier Home,

I am unsure who the appropriate person is to make these requests, so I’m including all of you on this email.
I have had an absolutely amazing experience with Lanier Home Restoration. Contracting companies are notorious for terrible service, terrible work, nightmare experiences, etc. As an attorney I get calls every quarter of a contracting company having messed someone’s house up and will not behave. You guys have been perfection and I’ll be sure to leave whatever glowing comments and reviews I can on whatever platforms you want.

Mark was amazing in his evaluation of damages and his communication with my insurance company. Rachelle was amazing (and so was Mark) when I had some targeted money questions, and the revision of our contract was performed timely and addressed my concerns immediately. Jeff has been communicative, friendly, neighborly and respectful of all my concerns and I’ve enjoyed working with him. And the workers who have performed the work in my home have been respectful, polite and lightning fast.

All that said, I mentioned to Jeff that I wanted to get an estimate on installing a bar addition to my basement kitchen area. How might I go about beginning that process?

I also have a neighbor who wants your information for some work on their home. Whose contact information can I give?

Thank you again for all the hard work. While my project is yet to be finished, I am absolutely astonished as to how efficient and professional Lanier Home Restoration has been.

Lanier Home Restoration has been a really great company to work with! I was worried about how everything would work, but Tiffany Mashburn was AMAZING! Not only was she extremely compassionate, but she would take personal time out of her day to help me! She never missed a call or a text from me and was incredibly patient with me! I have not had customer service this great in a long time. Tiffany is the reason I will recommend this company to everyone who is going through a causality with their home!

We are very pleased and happy with work preformed by Lanier Home Restoration. We would certainly use them in the future!

Lanier Home Restoration was responsive when our home flooded. They are knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Tye helped in filing our insurance claim and answered all our questions and concerns. Then, him and his team went to work cutting all the wet areas out and placing their drying equipment the same day. I would definitely recommend Lanier Home to our friends and family.

I wanted to reach out to you all and say thank you for a great job. From the moment I spoke with Caitlyn to get the process started until completion, it was a smooth process. The last contractor that assisted me with a claim was so terrible, that I just wanted to hurry and get this over with, but Will would NOT let me settle. He was absolutely fabulous. He was always on time, he was patient with my indecisiveness, he was very thorough with what I should expect and the timeline. Not to mention, he is funny and easy to talk to. I received the type of service that I expected from my "friend of a friend" contractor from Will. There were no surprises other than how easy this process was.
I cannot say thank you enough for how happy I am with everything. If there are any jobs I have in the future, I am happy to have your company handle it.

I just wanted to let you all know how AWESOME Rob Isham, Brian Ginsberg, Jack (don't remember the last name) and Erik Lloyd are. Rob responded to my call early evening last Friday right away and had people at my house in less than a hour. Brian and Jack were so reassuring, helpful (even stayed while I talked to my insurance company to make the claim) and so nice. Rob has kept in touch with Brian and Jack to make sure everything was going well. I can't thank Rob enough! He is totally on top of everything! Our dryer vent hadn't been cleaned in a couple of years so we contacted Lanier Home Restoration to see if they did this kind of work. They do and so we invited them into our home to get the job done. Great couple of guys showed up right on time and it was clear right away that they knew their business.. They cleaned out the line and cleaned up after themselves taking only about 30 minutes from start to finish. I would definitively use Lanier Home Restoration again. - DL

We had damage to our home that needed to be repaired and Will did an excellent job of ensuring the teams came and made us whole again. Even thoroughly checking to make sure things were done right. If I have any more repairs, renovations, etc that need to be done I'll be sure to reach out to Lanier. RB

Our facility had severe water and fire damage restoration needs after in caught on fire on a cold night in January. A entire building needed to be demoed while a new one was put in its place. They also graded a large area of land in the facility. Great group of people. FB

We contacted Lanier Remodeling after water damage to our floors, and crawl space. Mike from Lanier came into our home and presented us with options for our floors, walls and crawl space. Mike walked us through what we needed for our project and we were very pleased with the results. I would refer friends and family to Lanier for their home projects. We had a supply line bust in our kitchen. Lanier Home showed up in a timely manor to dry out the water and clean everything up. They were extremely responsive through out the process. I would recommend Lanier Home to anyone needing home work from water damage or sewage damage. - NM
