Halloween Training, Chili Cook Off & Team Bonding

Halloween was on a Monday this year & lucky for us, we were able to set some time aside to get together and touch base on a few things. We also had several team members bring in their version of chili for a friendly competition. We are constantly working together as a team, so a little competition every now and then strengthens our bond. After we sampled each pot, we enjoyed some pumpkin carving with a pumpkin carving contest! Fellowship is so important for growth which is why we prioritize it every month.
