Content Manipulation

When water, fire, or mold disaster strikes, we know that it’s not just your home that takes the hit. The items that make up your home are also vulnerable to damage and contamination. Lanier Home Restoration offers full-service content manipulation that is designed to protect what matters to you during the restoration process.

Your belongings are important, and you can trust us to handle them that way.

Here’s how we do it in three simple steps:

The Pack Out

First, one of our dedicated Contents Project Managers perform a walk-through of your property to assess the affected areas and determine what needs to be removed. We will create an inventory of salvageable and non-salvageable items using photos and documentation for insurance purposes. Your belongings will be prepared for transport to our secure facility.

Storage and Cleaning

While your contents are being stored at our climate-controlled facility, one of our technicians will clean and restore items upon request.

The Pack Back

Our goal is to help you restore your home back to normal with as little stress as possible. Once your property is repaired and insurance approves, we will return your belongings. If a full move-in is initiated we will unpack everything and place it where it belongs. If a partial move-in is initiated we will deliver the boxes to the requested rooms for you.

Note: we do not pack or remove plants, liquids, firearms, ammunition, jewelry, fine art, sentimental items, medications or electronics.

Let us handle the details so you can focus on getting back home

At Lanier Home Restoration, we don’t just restore homes, we help you get back your peace of mind. From careful handling of your belongings to returning them back to your property, every step of our content manipulation service is done with respect for what matters most to you.
