Half Bath Help!

This half bath was dried out and demoed, and the first photo below reflects what we assessed on our initial visit to prepare the repair estimate. The homeowner was in need of some new floors, some drywall & paint repair, and a whole new vanity. We were able to come in, repair the drywall, add some fresh paint, find a nice storage vanity that fit and finish it off with a new countertop.
